This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“User”) and DesiConnect (“Company”) and governs your use of the DesiConnect mobile application.
This Agreement is supplementary to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. In the event of any conflict, Apple’s Standard EULA shall prevail.
DesiConnect grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
DesiConnect is a platform that connects users with independent third-party service providers. DesiConnect does not provide services directly and is not responsible for the conduct, quality, pricing, or outcomes of services offered by providers.
Users are responsible for verifying service provider information and engaging services at their own discretion. Any disputes or issues must be resolved directly between the user and the service provider.
